At IT First, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our suppliers and customers. In particular, we want you to know that IT First is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists or any other data with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. In this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Types of data we collect
Website Cookies
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service.

Google Analytics
No personal data or identifiable data is collected using Google Analytics on the IT First website.

Links to other websites
This privacy notice does not cover any links within our websites linking to other websites. Those sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy, and if you have questions about how a site uses your information, you’ll need to check that site’s privacy statement.

Guest wifi is offered at the IT First office in Burgess Hill, however, no personal data is collected, just networking information including IP addresses and hostnames of visited sites while on the network.

Third Parties
We do not share any personal data with any third parties – even anonymised.

Call Recording
All calls are recorded to assist with monitoring service level agreements and to help identify staff training needs. Recordings may also be used to protect the interests of all parties or individuals concerned.

Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold.
